- Chop,dice,vegetables in list.
- On wok,medium heat ,add garlic stir to lightly brown.
- Add chicken,stir until no longer pink.
- Add vegetables,stir one min.
- Add eggs,scrambles to set,add green vegetables ( optional ).
- Add noodles,seasoning.
