  1. In a pan take coconut milk, dilute it with water and cook for sometime. As it boils a bit, add fresh cream and mix well. Continue cooking both at a slow flame. Next add sugar and mix till it dissolves. Instead of sugar if you want to add honey, so don't cook it. In the end just put honey and mix. Next add cocoa powder, vanilla essence and mix. Your ice cream mixture must be thick yet flowing..
  2. Now put the mixture in a blender and blend. You get an even mixture. Now take cups and pour your ice cream mixture..
  3. Put white choco chips into each..
  4. Cover with cling wrap and refrigerate for 6-8 hours. But have patience do not remove the cling wrap and see again and again, else your ice cream will have some ice crystals. As it happened in my matki ice cream, as kiddos cannot wait. They have to check if their ice cream is ready or not. But please have patience and do not disturb your cups..
  5. After ice cream sets, remove, garnish with choco chips and choco fills and serve.....
