Chicken Cafreal instructions

  1. Wash and Clean chicken,dry using kitchen tissues.
  2. Marinate using lemon juice and salt,keep aside.
  3. Grind all ingredients under marination ingredients into fine paste.
  4. Take 3/4 of this paste and mix chicken well into this,and marinate overnight in fridge.Store the remaining paste in fridge for using later while cooking..
  5. Take a pan and heat..add oil..once it’s hot add chicken slices,fry till slightly brown colour,on medium heat.keep aside the fried chicken.
  6. Heat a pan add oil,add sliced onions,sauté for few minutes,add sliced capsicum and sauté for 2 minutes.
  7. Add the marination paste that is kept aside,into the pan,cook for few minutes,add water if needed.add the fried chicken,mix well.cover and cook till chicken is well cooked.
  8. Serve hot with rice or roti..
