- Wash your hand say BismiAllah and droud shareef.
- Wash chicken and strian it very well after that do deep cuts on drumsticks.
- Take a bowl add yogurt,pinch of saffron,salt to taste, ginger garlic paste,cardamom,red chilli,paprika powder, Cumin,Coriander,Cinnamon powder,and lemon juice mix well and marinate all drumsticks for2-3h(best it if you keep it for whole night).
- After marination time take a non-stick pan or grill pan add some butter and heat it then keep all drumsticks on it and cook it on low flame.
- Mean while change its side.
- When its turnout golden brown colour and tenderize remove it from heat cover it and keep a side.
- 👉 for gravy take a wok add some butter then add cardamon and heat it for a while.
- Now add chopped Onion and tomatoes.
- Add all spices that mentioned above.
- Bonify masala then add some water cook it on low medium flame for 5m.
- Then remove from heat scoop mixture into a blender and blend it until smooth and pour it again in same wok.
- Turn on heat place wok on it add fresh cream 2tbls butter and 1cup water and stir it.
- Now add that pan fried chicken into this creamy gravy and cook it on low medium heat for 12-15m.
- Now sprinkle dried fenugreek.
- Butter chicken gravy is ready garnish with cream and fresh coriander and serve with fresh boiled rice or butter Naan.
